Park Model/RV sites are 50 - 75' x 150 - 200 feet in size. 50 amp service, individual holding tanks, potable water. Well-treed with views of the lake or ravine. As with Pelican Shores, Pelican Estates offers a quiet, enjoyable camping experience. Open April 15 - Oct 15 (weather permitting). You may leave your unit year-round. Site rent is $3000/season and you are responsible for your own hydro and pump out and maintenance of your site--make it your summer home! A $500 deposit in the fall holds your site for the next year.
