Pelican Estates
Park Model/RV sites are 50 - 75' x 150 - 200 feet in size. 50 amp service, individual holding tanks, potable water. Well-treed with views of the lake or ravine. As with Pelican Shores, Pelican Estates offers a quiet, enjoyable camping experience. Open April 15 - Oct 15 (weather permitting). You may leave your unit year-round. Site rent is $3000/season and you are responsible for your own hydro and pump out and maintenance of your site--make it your summer home! A $500 deposit in the fall holds your site for the next year.

Estates
Pelican Shores Estates is open April 15 – October 15, weather permitting.
All sites have a holding tank, 50 amps. service, potable water, and fire pit. Ask for numbers of reputable pump-out services for your holding tank. *Power usage is invoiced at the end of the season.
A coin-operated laundromat is located in the big building on the lakeshore in Pelican Shores. Movies/books are on loan there.
A garbage trailer and recycle bin are located at the North end of Pelican Shores. Garbage must be sealed in proper bags. If it doesn’t fit in a bag it doesn’t go in the trailer.
Recycling, rinsed, is to be placed in tied-off bags. Cardboard broken down and placed in bags. NO FISH GUTS. The recycling bin is beside the garbage bin. We have to handle the above so please be courteous.
Remember garbage attracts wild animals so secure yours and don’t burn in fire pits.
Please consult with us before doing tree trimming, building decks/outbuildings, or temporary fencing.
Water is potable. No lawn watering or power washers. No guns. No nails in trees or tight light strings/lines around trees which girdles and kills them.
20 km. speed limit.
Pets must be cleaned up after and under your control at all times. Please don’t leave them tied outside unattended.
Quiet time 12:00 to 8:00 am.
Open liquor, by law, should remain on your site.
There is a boat launch in Ninette. Our dock may be used for day use only, first come first served. Not responsible for damages.
You may leave your unit year-round— Secure your site for next season with a $500 deposit by Sept. 15.
FYI any RV without current license plates is subject to tax.
